This month's topic is Refresher Training:
We all know training requires follow-up and refreshers to really stick, but it can be difficult to get our learners back in the classroom. Please join us for a discussion of refresher training. How do you get employees back in the classroom? How do you convince them it is worth their time? Bring your experiences and strategies to discuss with other training professionals from the area. You'll be sure to take away some great ideas you can use in your own classroom!
We will also take the time to plan for next year’s events and topics, so now is the time to let us know if your company would like to be a host in 2009.

We are the ASTD (formerly known as the American Society of Training and Development) Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. We are made up of Trainers, Training Consultants, and Training Authors, and we welcome guests and new members!
